What is Just In Time Math?

Just In Time Math is a competency-based, interactive platform for identifying individual strengths and gaps in math concepts and operations. It provides quick, formative cycles of assessment and tutorials to provide feedback to students and accelerate them towards more complex math concepts.

Who is Just In Time Math For?

Just in Time Math is a free, supported platform that allows students and instructors to have high levels of visibility into their math learning data. Just In Time Math uses open educational resources and is grounded in frequent small formative assessments to check for understanding by standard and to populate a teacher dashboard for regular insights of where each student is in the math space.

Just in Time Math allows teachers or support staff to work in near real–time with cohorts of students and know where each of them is succeeding or struggling, individually or in groups, and to respond accordingly, focusing on specific foundational math concepts.

The content and tools focus on pre-Algebra to pre-Calculus all customizable to the specific competencies needed for a particular application, and can be used in a class, offered through extended learning or as an asynchronous practice or homework tool. Just In Time Math is also available for use in dual enrollment courses with partner colleges and is an excellent resource at the college level for co-requisite support.
